This year's 'Art at the Castle' Charity Auction at Toronto's Casa Loma, co-ordinated by Anne Hefter, is a wonderful blend of art stimulus featuring over 70 artists with a wide spectrum of realism landscapes, neo-impressionist frames, and cubist artwork objects surrounded with the jazz stylings of Jordan Klapman with clarinetist Ron Joseph.
The visible brush strokes of impressionist Suzanna Gardner will be exhibited along with Seon Ross, Beverly Jenkins, David Gula and Wendy Patricia Moses; who incorporates the passing of time with changing qualities of light and with the inclusion of movement as an important element in human perception and experience.
Among other exhibited artists are neo-impressionists Marlene Bulas, L. Schumacher and the interpretations of Magda Mihaly with her highly creative visual angles and with what seem like new techniques encompassing play of light and varied use of color.
The Casa Loma hosted event is committed to a heightened awareness of the arts, allowing the public to meet the local art community that are celebrating their talents all day Sunday November 9th, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m at Casa Loma 1 Austin Terrace 3rd floor Austin Room, Toronto Canada.
