It was the question that Jillian Harris of the Bachelorette wanted answered: Does Wes Hayden have a girlfriend? Jillian finally learned the answer and it was an emphatic 'yes.'

It was sweet vindication for the legions of Bachelorette fans who wanted to see Jillian finally send Wes home. The aspiring country singer finally admitted that he had a girlfriend back home and, in the least dramatic rose ceremony ever, Jillian sent Wes Hayden back home to play with his MySpace page.

Things fell apart for Wes during the couple's date in Barcelona, Spain. Wes appeared standoffish with Jilllan for much of the date. During dinner, the truth slipped out. Jillian asked about Laurel, a woman she suspects is Wes Hayden's girlfriend even though he says they are just friends. Wes then begins recounting what he told Jake and the other bachelors about Laurel and he describes her as a "girlfriend, I mean ex-girlfriend." The conversation comes to a halt. That is proof enough for Jillian who sends him home in a taxi.

At the rose ceremony, Wes tells the other bachelors that he's certain he will be getting kicked off the show. Indeed, he was right as Jillian chose Ed, Kiptyn, and Reid.

As Wes drove off, he bragged about being the only bachelor to get so far in the competition while having a girlfriend back home.

He then talked about how he's going to paint the town red in Barcelona, now that he no longer has to pretend to be interested in Jillian. Good news, no doubt, for Wes' girlfriend Laurel.
