Backline Music Studios

Backline consists of two large railway archways of a road bridge in central Guildford close to the mainline station. One arch is a dedicated rehearsal venue, able to cater for any groups, large or small. The other is currently undergoing comprehensive refurbishment creating a bespoke new venue for live music. You create the noise, we provide the venue.
Backline was established over 15 years ago. Passionately created by members of 80's ska band "Bad Manners". Backline quickly stamped itself into the scene as a popular facility in which to rehearse, record, and even perform to crowds. Its 'Easy Going' feel attracting bands from all over the region.
