Michael Bay is planning on creating a third sequel to Bad Boys, hiring Peter Craig and hoping to get the original team back together, Jerry Bruckheimer, Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.

However, THR notes that all have expressed an interest in returning if the story is strong enough

The problem with making the film is Lawrence and Smith's massive salary they currently command and for action movies these days, that's usually the main problem.

I'll make a shocking prediction and say that it'll take place in Miami, feature a drug cartel, some human trafficking, and a lot of explosions. Explosions with tanks coming out of them
