Is that Aberdeen and Earl? I think I knew the crazy bastards that used to live there 20 years ago. Looks like the place hasn't changed much.

Yeah, I knew the guys at 4 Aberdeen (place with the purple hoodie guy) from 2000 to 2003. They hosted a Snow Fort Party one of those winters with a few hundred guests and two or three bands. They actually built 8-foot walls around their yard with built-in doors, ledges, cup holders and furniture. It was yet another legendary event on Aberdeen. One Halloween, they had doors open and invited people to write on the walls with highlighters and laundry detergent, as could only be seen under blacklights. My guess is some of that graffitti is still there. Then, of course, you have the Aberdeen Olympics, including the signature "Second-floor Monitor Toss" event. And who could forget the girls at 7th Heaven (7 Aberdeen, naturally). Crazy as they may have been and/or remain, those guys are still some of my best buds. So many amazing stories are rooted on Aberdeen. From discovering discarded love letters from past tenants to capturing and naming a baker's dozen rats, the fables are always best told by the occupants themselves.
