Indie rockers Band of Horses began to see more widespread success in the last year with music from their album Cease To Begin (2007) getting radio air-time. Their music has also been featured in both films such as Zombieland, and TV shows such as Grey's Anatomy. In 2010, Band of Horses will be performing at a few  prominent concerts such as their back-to-back performances with Widespread Panic in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Widespread Panic and Band of Horses have scheduled back-to-back shows this spring. They will perform at Time Warner cable music pavilion in Raleigh. The outstanding bands will take the stage at Walnut Creek April 23 and 24. The tickets will go on sale Friday, Feb, 5 at 10 a.m. And according to an estimate the price range for lawn is $32 and for reserved seats is $37.

Band of Horses will also be performing at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival on Saturday May 1. They'll be in good company at the festival with artists such as Simon & Garfunkel, Van Morrison, Lionel Richie, Pearl Jam, Aretha Franklin, and The Neville Brothers performing.

Later in the summer, Band of Horses will join in the Toronto Island Concert on Saturday June 19. The one-day music festival will be co-headlined by Pavement and Broken Social Scene. The all-day concert will take place at Toronto Olympic Island with tickets costing approximately $50 USD.
