Band Recruits UFO ALIEN DRUMMER in Phoenix
Do UFO ALIENS have rhythm? The question has been answered.
A Phoenix family of multi-instrument rock musicians has recruited a most unique drummer. "AL," as he is called, is a being from a world 40 light-years from Earth. After receiving radio signals which left Earth in the '60s, "AL" was fascinated with the rock music he heard, and built a drum set of his own. Utilizing tachyon technology, he sent a signal back to Earth which was picked up on a SETI program being operated by Michael Macpherson of Phoenix.
"AL" and Michael began communications and started designing and building equipment which allows "AL" to play on Earth stages in real-time with the band called Element 115. The show is an amazing combination of 21st century visual technology and what the band calls "neo-classic rock." The genre incorporates harmony vocals and guitars, keyboard riffs, and lyrics which can actually be understood during the performance!
While this family band does put on a family-friendly performance, they do ROCK! Along with their own recently released album, they cover the likes of Styx, Boston, Def Leppard, Alice In Chains, Aerosmith, Doobie Brothers, ZZ Top, and dozens more, and they cover the leads and vocals just like the original recordings.
With a 12-foot plasma video wall, and robotic lighting and effects, this group stands out front of the Phoenix market, and is slated for an MTV episode of "True Life" this Spring.
