The KFC T20 Big Bash League is set to get even more colourful this season with the introduction of a world first - stumps that light up when the bails are dislodged.

Today the first match will start between Melbourne Renegades vs Melbourne Stars at Melbourne (Docklands), December 7, 2012.

Match scheduled to begin at 19:00 local time (08:00 GMT)

Zings Stumps, which is a joint venture between Fox Sports and Cricket Australia, will be in use in every BBL game this summer, starting with Friday's Melbourne derby.
