It's almost the end of the Beaches International Jazz Festival in Toronto (July 18th - July 26th). International and local artists all coming together to celebrate their love of jazz is what makes the summer something to look forward to. Looking for a bustlingly good time? Park venues and street side performances will hit the spot in Toronto this weekend.

With the bulk of the festival so quickly behind us, I hope we can get lots of updates and multimedia to generate a real idea of what is going on at this Beaches jazz fest.

The annual Beaches International Jazz Festival showcases jazz, blues, big band, vocalists, African, Caribbean, reggae, hip-hop, South American, Latin, rhythm and blues and more.

The festival is spread out over three venues in the Beaches and features an eclectic lineup of musicians. The Woodbine Park venue boasts three stages with artists like Dr. Draw, Cimarron, Richard Underhill and the Toronto All-Star Big Band. Street Fest takes over Queen Street East with performances by Tokyo Giants, Sultans of String, Rob Christian, Trouble and Strife and more. One of the stages will feature youth, showing Toronto's best upcoming jazz artists, such as Markham Youth Big Band, Toronto All-Star Big Band, Quincy Bullen Band, Lucian Gray Jazz Fusion and Toth Brothers with special guest Robi Botos.
