DickSwift, I think your story has potential but needs some improvement. I've got a few suggestions, and if you give them a try, I'd be happy to remove this flag. Can you please clarify what is newsworthy in this story?

Good question. The story is really a "feature" as opposed to news. In a sense...it is newsworth every day since the issue is highly vital to our education and economy.
However, if you wish not to publish..I do understand as it is not imminent....but to many people..the need for elevating the overall level of parenting of birth through three children is news indeed. Most people are oblivious of the cultural need.
