The Cast and the House Has Been Revealed for Big Brother 12

Big Brother season 12 will get underway on CBS on July 8 at 8 / 7 central, and 13 more house guests have been selected for this season.

First let's meet the cast (click for their photos):

• Andrew Gordon - 39 years old from Florida. He is a podiatrist and has a daughter from a previous relationship. Says he will be most devastated about the fact that he cannot watch ESPN every day while living in the Big Brother house.
• Annie Whittington - 27 years old from Florida. Is a bartender that describes herself as 'over dramatic'. Says she doesn't want to live with angry people who overreact.
  
• Brendon Villegas - 30 from California. He is a high school swim coach and his classy strategy to winning the game is to get girls to like him and then turn them against each other.
  
• Britney Haynes - 22 years old from Arkansas, Britney is a hotel sales manager. She claims that arguing is one of her favorite activities.
  
• Enzo Palumbo - A 32-year-old insurance adjuster from New Jersey. He is afraid of rats and says that his strategy for winning the season is just 'winning'.
  
• Hayden Moss - A student from Arizona who is 24 years old. He is afraid to fly but due to his country upbringing he knows how to face his problems head on and not be afraid.
• Kathy Hills - A 40-year-old Deputy Sheriff - Sergeant from Arizona who apparently likes to street racing in her patrol car while working. She is an ovarian cancer survivor however so good for her.
  
• Kristen Bitting - A boutique manager from Philadelphia, she is 24 years old and says that one of the hardest things is having new people misunderstand her all the time.
  
• Lane Elenburg - A 24 year old oil rig salesman from Texas and although he is not revealing his strategy for winning, he does say that as he works in PR he can twist and spin things so that he comes out on top.
  
• Matt Hoffman - A 32 year old web designer from Illinois, he likes to annoy people for his own amusement and says the only thing he is afraid of is failure.
  
• Monet Stunson - A model from Illinois, she is 24 years old and describes herself as 'the coolest person you will ever meet'. One of her best accomplishments is being on the Young and the Restless.
• Rachel Reilly - She is a chemistry graduate student and a VIP cocktail waitress from Nevada and she is 26 years old. She is looking forward to sharing her life experiences, although not with spiders because she hates them.
• Ragan Fox - A 34-year-old college professor from California and he likes writing and performing poetry. He does not want to live with 18 - 23 year olds so he will automatically not like Britney.
  

The Big Brother House

The house is based around the theme of Florida South Beach art deco and it has a number of bedrooms, some with single beds, others with double beds, and the cabana room that features a giant bed that could sleep up to four.

There are two showers in the house, but one of them is only cold water, so people that lose the challenges will be forced to take cold showers.

Of course the best room is the Head of Household room with a giant king sized bed and a private bathroom.
