New facts have come out on the death of TV pitchman Billy Mays. The Hillsborough County medical examiner's office said today that cocaine contributed to the death of Billy Mays.

Mays died in his sleep at his Tampa home on June 28. At first, it was believed that Mays' death may have stemmed from an injury sustained during a rough flight home. A later report said that Billy Mays died of a heart attack.

The latest report says that Billy Mays' cocaine use contributed to his death. The coroner's report suggests that Mays had last used cocaine days before he died in his sleep.

I'm sure his shouting ads will be retired after this report.

Doubtful, cocaine use doesn't get people taken off television. i.e. Most musicians, George W, his own daughter, Jeb's daughter. Just watch the news once in a while.

I wonder if pain mediation had something to do with his death.   He was scheduled for knee surgery the next day which would make me wonder he was  taking pain medication.   Or does anyone have real proof of a cocaine addition.
