Bobbi Kristina Brown Declares Engagement to Nick Gordon

Looking to take their unconventional relationship to the next level, Bobbi Kristina Brown has announced she's engaged to marry her adopted brother Nick Gordon.

Per a sneak peek at the upcoming reality show "The Houstons: On Our Own," the daughter of the late Whitney Houston hits her family with the news.

Bobbi began, "We're engaged," while eating dinner with her family. And of course there are mixed reactions from everyone.

After the announcement, Nick shared his dismay with how things have gone, explaining, "The family has me out to be a bad person."

Still, 19-year-old Bobbi can be heard making another remark during the promo clip, as she assures viewers, ''They wanna see us fail. I've got one thing to say, 'You won't!'"

Just a few months ago, Gordon's grandmother, Maxine, told press that she approved of the romance. "Bobbi Kristina is on the right path. If it wasn't for my grandson, I think it would have been a different outcome for her. They are doing fine together as a couple." 

"The Houstons: On Our Own" debuts on Lifetime on October 24th.
