Is Bolt Going to Flop this Weekend?

Everyone knew the teen vampire flick, Twilight was going to be number 1 this weekend. What people didn't know was that Bolt, the latest from Disney animation, could open at the third spot.

Reports are beginning to surface that Bolt opened on Friday in third place with $7 million dollars. The movie to open in second was Quantum of Solace, the latest James Bond movie which topped the box office last weekend.

If Bolt flops it would be bad news for John Lasseter, the mastermind behind Pixar, who took over Disney Animation in 2006. Bolt is the first movie he produced from beginning to end for the studio.
