Survivor season 20 premiered last night also known as the Survivor Heroes VS Villains series. This season of Survivor will see previous competitors returning to the show, including one of the most-talked about reality TV stars - Rob Mariano. Mariano, who goes by Boston Rob on the show, reportedly sustained an injury that was seen on the preview for the next episode of Heroes VS Villains.

The internet is currently abuzz with talk about Boston Rob's injury on Survivor. The prevew for the next episode of Heroes VS Villains shows him passing out and unsconcious which has lead Survivor viewers to the internet to find out what happened to Boston Rob. Some fans speculate from the footage that Boston Rob is either suffering from exhaustion or dehydration. Either way, they'll have to wait until the next episode of Survivor to find out.

Boston Rob got a serious injury. He was part of the Villains in the reality TV. Mariano, known to us as Boston Rob, is 33 years old and has finished second the last time. He was able to compete on two seasons of the Amazing Race. On August 2, 2009, Amber, his future wife, gave birth to a baby girl. Now we are back with Boston Rob Mariano for the 3rd time in the TV series.
