Next year's tours by the British royalty have been announced as everyone in the family will be making an appearance in different parts of the world. Every prince with his wife (excluding Harry who is still single) will be making appearances while the Queen with Prince Phillip will be doing a tour of England. These tours are to mark Queen Elizabeth II's 60 years on the throne.

Prince Charles & Camilla

Prince Charles and his wife Camilla will be making their arrival to Canada in May 2012, following in the footsteps of Prince William and Kate who toured through Canada last summer. This will be the latest visit by the couple since their last visit in Canada for a week and a half in 2009. After their visit in Canada, Charles and Camilla will then proceed on to Australia. They are at some point also to visit the Channel Islands off of the coast of France.

Prince William & Kate

Meanwhile, Prince William and Kate will be travelling through the Asia-Pacific as they tour through Malaysia, Singapore, the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu. Tuvalu, a tiny island nation, has not received a royal visit since 1982 when Queen Elizabeth II and her husband toured it where they were carried shoulder-high in canoes.

Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Phillip & Prince Harry

Queen Elizabeth II and her husband Prince Phillip will not be travelling abroad but will be touring all throughout the United Kingdoms including England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. Prince Harry will also be making his first trip overseas to represent his mother in Belize, Jamaica and the Bahamas.

60-year anniversary

The list of tours next year are to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee Year, the 60th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's reign. Her reign is the second longest, only shorter than great-great grandmother Queen Victoria who reigned for 63 years.
