Brittany Murphy Photos Before and After Fame: Critics Compare

There is still no Brittany Murphy autopsy photo, even though people continue to search for one, but there have been photos from Brittany's last movie, Abandoned, released and critics are comparing them to 'before photos' of when she was not famous.

There has been no definite cause of death for Brittany Murphy, but many people continue to speculate that the actress was dogged with eating disorders and drug use that may have led to her death.

She does look different in this still from Abandoned to some of her previous roles, but it could just be that she was growing and changing or adapting her look for the role.

When Brittany Murphy started her career in Clueless, she was almost unrecognizable to the photo from Abandoned above.

In 2006 she appeared to be healthy and happy as she posed for an event in a flowing purple dress. There were times though when she appeared to be much skinner than she probably should be, and her look often changed quite dramatically. Here she is pictured with blonde hair and looking pretty skinny again.

In 2008 she was photographed looking happy, but in one of her final red carpet appearances, many said that Brittany looked much too thin.

There is no concrete proof at this time however that she was suffering from any kind of drug use or eating disorder.
