“Bruce Lee, My Brother,” the new biopic of legendary film star and martial artist debuts today.
The film charts Bruce Lee’s early childhood and young adulthood from the memories of his four surviving siblings, Phoebe, Agnes, Peter (who died in 2008) and Robert. Lee would have turned 70 this Sunday.
The production took years to put on screen, as with the difficult task of finding a young actor to play the icon. Potential candidates were screened all over China since 2008 until 23-year-old singer-songwriter Aarif Rahman made the cut. The Hong Kong-born Rahman, of Malay-Arab-Chinese decent is already lined-up for potential sequels.

Bruce Lee was always my idol. There's never been anyone like him and I don't think there ever will be. He was a true pioneer of the martial arts in his day. Will await for this movie to come out in Australia.
