Who's missing from this caricature? It appears the right answer might be Roland Burris, the former Illinois attorney general picked yesterday by Gov. Rod Blagojevich (D-Ill.) to replace Barack Obama in the U.S. Senate.
I base this assessment upon the content of a National Legal and Policy Center report published over 5 years ago in a post at Sweetness and Light is accurate. The headline of that post — Mob-Infested Chicago Local Suggests Ex-AG as Temporary Supervisor — hints at its flavor.
Check it out!
