Busta Rhymes Gets Probation on Assault Charges

Busta got busted for busting a fan, and then he plead guilty before his trial began. Perhaps three years probation will give Busta time to chill on his 'rrroaw-rrroaw-like a dungeon dragon' techniques of anger mismanagement.

Rapper Busta Rhymes was sentenced to three years' probation and 10 days of community service Wednesday after pleading guilty to assault and other charges in a New York court.

He pleaded guilty Wednesday just ahead of a scheduled trial, after being accused of assaulting his ex-driver and a fan.

The charges relate to four separate incidents, including one on Boxing Day 2006 in which a man said he was beaten by Rhymes, whose real name is Trevor Smith, in a dispute over money.
