"Like Casablanca" soon to be released!

What does internet dating and Casablanca have in common? Nothing, unless you go to Rick's Cafe and find out what antiques dealer and dating blogger, Cat Ryan, is up to.

Cat's doing research for her internet dating blog gig, and the place she chooses to meet her many dates is at Rick's Cafe in Sydney. But what of its disturbingly handsome owner, Rick Blake? Cat wonders what he thinks, seeing her with a different male all the time. Find out more in Sylvia Massara's new romantic comedy novel, "Like Casablanca".

The novel is Massara's third. She is the author of a quirky romantic comedy The Other Boyfriend, available in ebook format and paperback worldwide, and a fiction drama, The Soul Bearers, currently available in ebook format only.

Massara lives in Sydney, Australia, with husband, Nick, and four-legged daughter, Mitzy. Massara says of her newest novel: "I really wanted to write a book about internet dating because that's how I met my husband. And like everybody says 'You have to kiss a lot of toads...' and so on. Well, I had my fair share of kissing toads, so I wanted to share my experience in the novel. Of course, everything that happens in the story is highly fictitious, but it's fun!"

"Like Casablanca" is being released in ebook format by 31 January 2011, and on paperback in a few months.
