Cease and De-cyst: Naomi Campbell Hospitalized in Brazil

British supermodel Naomi Campbell was been hospitalized in Sao Paulo and is being treated by one of Brazil's top specialists in infectious disease, the hospital's press office said on Tuesday.

Her publicist confirmed she was treated at a hospital and said she had a cyst removed.

Campbell, a frequent visitor to Brazil who earlier this month celebrated Carnival in the northeastern city of Salvador, was hospitalized Sunday in Sao Paulo's Sirio Libanes Hospital.

"The patient and her advisers have determined that the hospital's medical staff will not issue any formal or informal information on her medical condition," a statement released by the hospital said.
