Channing Tatum Stripping Video: Actor Was Stripper Chan Crawford
It's been revealed that actor Channing Tatum, the star of G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra, worked a stripper prior to breaking into show business.
The actor, who danced under the name Chan Tatum, danced in a Chippendales-style group called Male Encounter. Like Chippendales, the dance troupe had a no-nudity policy. Tatum earned around $50 a day plus tips.
"He was shy at first, but he really knew how to work the stage," Steele tells Us, adding that Tatum lip-synched in the act and earned $50 a night (plus tips) during his year-long stint.
