Charlie Sheen Arrested: Jailed For Wife Brooke Mueller Assault

Charlie Sheen has been arrested for domestic violence in Aspen, Colorado. The Charlie Sheen arrest was for felony second degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief. The victim was not named in the Charlie Sheen case although it is widely believed to be wife Brooke Mueller.

It is believed that Brooke Mueller called 911 claiming to have been assaulted by Sheen. Charlie Sheen reportedly told police that, in fact, Brooke Mueller assaulted him and he was forced to defend himself.

Charlie Sheen is currently in Pitkin County Jail until he appears in court. A court date has not been set.
