Children caught kissing face jail in Germany

Germany is poised to bring in a draconian law tomorrow that will effectively outlaw kissing and cuddling between children under 17 in public places. ...Lawyers see a minefield ahead: false claims from girls who were rebuffed by the school hunk at a disco or boys spurned by the class vamp. But Brigitte Zypries, the justice minister, said the younger generation needed to be protected as much from itself as from the bogeymen that parents insist lurk at every teenage party. ...
Professional artists and writers would face up to three months in jail if they make "realistic descriptions of sex among young people" in magazines, films, books, newspapers or on the internet.

Wow. "Draconian" is a great word for this. So we're expected to believe that aaaaallll these politicians waited until after age 17 before kissing that first girl/guy? Too much.

Kiss and tell will have a whole new meaning.

this is not practicable. OK if you visit a BBS about wrestling, and they do not have a written age-proof, then you are looking at kiddie stuff. no talk about explicit action, the net is full of it.
1. then they will do it "privately", like in the 1950s, and reintroduce black bars into these printed magazines.
2. my idea is to educate young people more detailed. they should be explained, "first time love" should not be wasted, and also they should know the consequences if they sell off explicit pictures of themselves (or show them on the net): they won't be eglible for certain jobs anymore.
but do you guess, models (and actors) are innocent? how they get know of their "excellent expression qualities". no i can not say directly.
but this law is "on the moon", and "out of this world".
the point is that better, more direct advice should be given. like, they have this BRAVO magazine in germany for decades? what's the matter then.

OK you should watch "MEAN CREEK", an american movie, about teens fooling around.
though i think, professional actors should not use indecent expression. even if it is a "reality plot", like mean creek, the real action is never shown. it is always clear the actors do not do this for real. well if they express their own lifestyle, then things can go wrong.
or "CRITTERS", if you really want to...it is an older US production. well you can not really call it a *orn production. but it is a natural element, which is present in this (mainstream) movie...just a little. it is not main subject of the movie. and...it is not a kissing scene!
i guess...if they add a "kissing scene including make up" to "BRIDGE TO TERABITHIA", then it gets an indecent, tasteless production. it just would be bad taste to dramatize the kissing!

It is hard to believe that anyone could come with such a stupid law.
