Captain America
The First Avenger: Captain America is directed by Joe Johnston whose credits include Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, The Rocketeer, Jumanji, Jurassic Park III, and this year's the Wolfman.
Captain America is one of Marvel's earliest heroes. He made his debut in March of 1941 and quickly became a war-time favorite. Readers couldn't get enough of him punching Adolph Hitler in the face.
Captain America is really Steve Rogers, a sickly young man who's enhanced to human perfection by a serum created by the United States. He's the ultimate soldier.

I always thought Devon from Chuck would be a great choice but hey, it's up to them. I liked him in Push. Totally willing to give Chris a chance, and I wish him the best of luck. To all those who say he's scrawny or young: the Cap character started out scrawny. Evans can bulk up. And Cap is supposed to be young. Livea

Evans isn't the ideal choice, but I'll give him a chance. He was the highlight in the Fantastic Four movies.
