Chris Klein Was Arrested For Drunk Driving in Sherman Oaks California

This is the second time Chris Klein has been arrested for drunk driving but this time his blood alcohol level was almost three times the legal limit. He was arrested at around 3:15am in Sherman Oaks California after he was pulled over by a police officer when his car was seen swerving in between lanes on the 101 Freeway.

He was driving a black 1999 Chevrolet Blazer.

He has been released from jail now, but he was booked in to the Los Angeles Police Department Van Nuys Station. He did not resist arrest and did not give the officers any trouble. The legal limit in California is .08.

Best known for playing sensitive jock "Oz" in the American Pie series, the Illinois native has also had roles in films such as Election, We Were Soldiers, Just Friends and Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li.

Her was previously arrested for drunk driving in 2004.
