Chynna Phillips Files For Divorce from Billy Baldwin, Then Stops

Chynna Phillips filed for divorce from her husband of 18 years Billy Baldwin last Friday, but then stopped divorce proceedings on Sunday after an apparent change of heart.

Billy Baldwin is in New York filimg episodes for Gossip Girl, and Chynna Phillips was in Santa Barbara when she filed the papers, but as the weekend went on, Phillips, who has just finished treatment for aniexty decided to stop proceedings.

A source told Page Six, "Chynna has gone under a lot of personal and professional stress. The divorce petition came after a long and emotional buildup. But once it was filed, she realized she didn't want to lose Billy and asked her lawyers to withdraw it."

Chynna Phillips and Billy Baldwin have three children and Phillips is the half-sister of Mackenzie Phillips, who revealed last year that she had a sexual relationship with her father.

Chynna Phillips told People Magazine last year:

"I felt like all my plates were in the air and at any moment one would come crashing down . . . [I was afraid] I'd lose my footing and collapse into a puddle of tears."
