Coco, aka the wife of rapper Ice-T,  had a rather major wardrobe malfunction during her New York Fashion Week appearance on September 13, 2011. To call the Coco wardrobe malfunction a nipple slip wouldn't be accurate since far more than her nipple was exposed.

The Coco wardrobe malfunction occurred at a show for designer Richie Rich in the Poplex Fashion Show at Lavo nightclub. Coco appeared onstage in a strapless mini-dress that failed to keep her cleavage under wraps.

Coco's dress started to fall exposing her right breast. After the show, Coco explained that her wardrobe malfunction occurred because she didn't have it properly fitted before the show. Uh, we could have told you that, Coco.

Coco later wrote about the nipple slip on Twitter:

"At home I'm somewhat of an nudist..It feels good to be free."
