The Comic Con 2011 Ticket Sales Halted After Technical Issues With the Site

Only a handful of Comic Con 2011 tickets were actually sold today and due to technical issues unknown to the Comic Con staff, they have had to close registration.

They will now announce on Monday November 8 the new date and time that registration will reopen.

Keep checking this page to find out when registration will commence again.

Membership sales will be online only so remember you cannot buy your membership onsite.

Please note: Currently 4-day Memberships with Preview Night are SOLD OUT due to onsite sales at Comic-Con in July. 4-day memberships without Preview Night are available.

Yeah, the website they were using was an EPIC FAIL. They were running it on a 486 with DSL on an IIS server running classic ASP. Look at the page source and it says FrontPage Generated. The site was developed by a 2 year old who did not know how to program. I sure hope they don't reopen registration with that www.tradeshowregistrar.com site again as it's a crap website.
