Cops Charged in Beating Death of Homeless Man - Fullerton, CA - Kelly Thomas

We all know because of public opinion is going to affect the true facts of the case.  The events were unfortunate, however, because it turns out this homeless man had a name and a family that had neglected him all these years.  Kelly Thomas had a long history of violence.  Wether he had cognitive difficulties, Thomas still possed a risk to the officers and citizens.  The people of the city of Fullerton would not have had a problem is the homeless person was black or hispanic and not kelly thomas.  But because it was a homeless man with a family who are white in a white community and do not understand the process and the use of force from police officers.  Just because officers used words that consist of curse words.  Even stated the officers order kelly thomas to get on the ground, whatever was said before hand should not matter.  Then it turns out the main officer is Hispanic background, so of coarse the family, community, and the DA will need a fall guy to take fault of the proper actions taken by officers.  I don't see Al Sharpon marching for Kelly Thomas.  I do not see other families with family memebers who have a love one who may suffer the same conditions as Kelly Thomas.  As for Kelly Thomas father, shame on him.  Now, he wants to be involve in his son's life and death.  When his son needed him, he did not care.  Kelly thomas family had a restraining order and have called the police several times to their home where officers had to use force to remove him from the property.  Even Kelly Thomas father has been guilty of mistreating his mentally ill son.  But we do not care of the previous actions taken by his family. It's more of a blame game.  The city wants to blame the police but in reality we all know his death was cause by other factors.  Kelly Thomas was not a healthy man, in fact he has medical history of drug use, medications, drinking,etc.  However, lets not be smart and let the opinions and emotions rule over the facts.  For the DA, stop being a puppet and admit your following instead of leading a proper investigation.  A person is smart to understand facts and the "truth", people as a group are a bunch of dumb, panickie, and selfish animals. "The truth shall set you free!" My prayers go out to the family of the officers and for Kelly Thomas in not having his family support before this event!
