Exclusive from N.Y.C. and from J.J. Abrams & the writers of "Transformers" Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci comes "FRINGE" a television drama centered around a female FBI agent who is forced to work with institutionalized scientists in order to rationalize a brewing storm of unexplained phenomena set for fall release on the FOX network. The cast will feature Joshua Jackson, Charlotte Rampling, Kirk Avevedo etc..
Today was the premier party at the New York City Center located at 130 West 56th Street and featured a publicity stunt of having live cows placed outside the doors of the city center.
I don't really care much about another show about another FBI agent nor do I care about something that sounds a lot like the "X-Files" but what do you expect from the writers of the american version of the japanese cartoon "Transformers".
I prefer the japanese version of "Transformers" which was based on "Bushido" meaning "Way of the Warrior", a Japanese Code of Conduct, analogous to the concept of chivalry, originating from the samurai moral code and stresses frugality, loyalty, and honor which we find also in the story lines of the original "Gigantor" and "Speed Racer" japanese cartoons.
To tell you the truth I didn't really have much interest in what this show was about..I was more interested in the cows and men like Rich Norz who dedicates his life to raising cattle on his farm located in Hillsborough New Jersey..
The last time I seen cows in N.Y.C. was during the Cows Parade exhibit of 2000. That was a long time ago. Those cows were made out of plastic like most people. This time they were real, like Norz Hill Farm who provided the cows for the display.
