Daisy De La Hoya is boxing legend Oscar De La Hoya's niece.  Corey Haim and Daisy De La Hoya were introduced by mutual friend Corey Feldman. The pair had begun dating only a few weeks before Corey Haim was found dead at his mother's apartment.

Daisy De La Hoya knew about Corey Haim's ongoing issues with drug addiction, and by all accounts was eager to help him overcome them.

In the season finale of Rock of Love 2, Daisy De La Hoya was not chosen to ride off into the sunset with Bret, though her rocker image must have seemed the perfect fit.

After Rock of Love 2, Daisy De La Hoya got her own VH1 dating show, Daisy of Love. Though there was a definitive winner on Daisy of Love, it evidently was not an exclusive relationship.
