Dancing With the Stars has just announced their 13 new fall contenders.  Drum roll please…

Here is the list:

Kim Kardashian, reality TV star

Cloris Leachman, Oscar-winning actress

Maurice Greene, Olympic sprinter,

Lance Bass, former N' Sync star

Rocco DiSpirito, TV chef

Warren Sapp, NFL star

Misty May-Treanor, Olympic beach volleyballer

Toni Braxton, Grammy award-winning R&B star

Cody Linley, that cute kid from "Hannah Montana" show

Ted McGinley, veteran actor (who I hated on "Happy Days")

Brooke Burke, actress/TV personality

Jeffrey Ross, celebrity roaster and comedian

Susan Lucci, "All My Children" star

"Dancing with the Stars" premieres at 8 p.m. Sept. 22 on ABC-TV, followed by a performance show on Sept. 23 and the first results show on Sept. 24.

Three new professional dancers will join the show, including Corky Ballas (he is season six champion Mark Ballas's father), Lacey Schwimmer of 2007's "So You Think You Can Dance," and U.S. Amateur 10 Dance Champion Inna Brayer.

Shall we make our predictions now?  Who do you think will win this upcoming season?  Who will get voted out first?  Please share your thoughts below.

Apparently Kim Kardashian has already hurt her foot after falling over in her hotel room. And the competition hasn't even started yet. Oh the zany updates and celebrity intrigue!

Prediction: Kim Kardashian will bounce back from her “foot injury" -- a ploy designed to lull Cloris Leachman into a false sense of security -- to claim first prize from Misty May-Treanor, who will be distracted, when it matters most, by the sight of President Bush in the crowd, holding the American flag upside-down.

Misty Mae-Treanor earned her 100th win at the Chicago Open in August of 2008. She received a small token of appreciation for her contribution to the sport. She had a fantastic smile on her face and was genuinely surprised by the gesture. I was happy to be there to see it.

This is my photo (of Rocco DiSpirito) I took at the Blogher Conference in San Fransisco. He cooked for about 40 of us women and was very charming and of course a cutie! I also have other pictures of him at my flickr account, including one of me and him together:) Lori aka A Cowboy's Wife
