Daniel Craig Has Signed On to Play Mikael Blomkvist in The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo

Craig's future as James Bond may be uncertain, but he will playing journalist Mikael Blomkvist in the much anticipated English version of Stieg Larsson's The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.

The books, which have taken the world by storm, are going to be made in to films and now the big question remains of who will play Lisbeth Salander. That role has not been cast, but will be essential to Craig's character of Mikael Blomkvist.
