Daniel Craig Talks "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo"
It's not due in theaters until December 21st, and already "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" is getting plenty of buzz.
Star Daniel Craig recently gave an interview in which he conveyed his excitement over the flick and teased a bit about the subject matter.
Craig explained, "It's as adult as you can possibly make it. This is adult drama. I grew up, as we f*cking all did, watching 'The Godfather' and that, movies that were made for adults."
"And this is a $100 million R-rated movie. Nobody makes those anymore. And [Director David] Fincher, he's not holding back. They've given him free rein. He showed me some scenes recently, and my hand was over my mouth, going, Are you f*cking serious?"
Daniel added, "It's not that he simply showed me footage that was horribly graphic. It was stuff that was happening, or had happened. And somehow you don't see it... There's more than one way to sense violence... Much more powerful ways than seeing it step-by-step."
With their romance having blossomed at ever the fast pace, Daniel Craig tied the knot with Rachel Weisz last month.
According to the Daily Mail , the "Definitely, Maybe" actress and her "James Bond" hubby's nuptials took place in New York state on Wednesday, June 22nd.
Miss Weisz's rep confirmed the news while an insider revealed that the intimate ceremony had only four attendees - Rachel's 4-year-old son, Henry, Daniel's 18-year-old daughter, Ella, and two close family friends.
Another source explained to the Sunday newspaper, "Daniel and Rachel insisted on having a small, quiet wedding. They are madly in love and couldn't wait to be husband and wife - but they wanted minimum fuss."
Craig and Weisz first started getting close back in November 2010 while filming their upcoming movie "Dream House" in Toronto, Canada. Both had broken up with their significant others earlier in the year.
