The Dark Knight tickets

We saw the IMAX showing, but the projector screwed up at -- and I kid you not -- the exact, pivotal moment of the final scence of the movie. Naturally, I was the first one to yell "Boo!" in the theater.

After five minutes, one of the workers apologized and the projector started up again...five minutes after the scene at which it had originally stopped.

After the movie, everyone received a free movie pass to another movie. We knew that we would never probably return to Olathe's theater, and all we wanted to see was The Dark Knight. So we redeemed the passes for another show (unfortunately, non-IMAX) a few hours later.

The movie made a lot more sense with the five minutes. :D
