Shot like a slick noir movie, Bejoy Nambiar’s David looks like an interesting film that will hit the screens next month. The action thriller, simultaneously shot in Tamil and Hindi, features Neil Nitin Mukesh, Vinay Virmani of Speedy Singhs fame, and South star Vikram in key roles. The trailer shows all the three actors sharing the same name, but with different dark destinies.

The movie also stars Monica Dogra of Shaa’ir and Func fame in a supporting role opposite Neil, Lara Dutta in a cameo playing the role of a mother, and Sarika singing a rather thumping version of the song Dama dam mast qalandar.
