Excellence in daytime television was recently honored. Every awardee truly deserves it. Surprisingly, Ellen DeGeneres is not among the list of Daytime Emmy Awards 2009 Winners, instead the top hosting award went to the View.  Lifetime Achievement went to Sesame Street.  Rachel Ray scored outstanding Talk Show, although not for her cooking show.  There's no need for an instant cash loan for the Daytime Emmy Awards 2009 Winners.
