A second affair rumor has surfaced regarding Ashton Kutcher. The newly-minted Two and a Half Men star allegedly had an affair with 23-year-old Sarah Leal in San Diego on September 23.

Apparently Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have been on the outs for the last few months, and, should they divorce, celeb pundits are expecting a protracted battle. Sarah Leal is also bracing for impact, and has organized some legal defense of her own.

According to TheDirty, a bodyguard took Sarah Leal's phone when she entered his hotel room, surely to prevent any potential sextape leak.

Ashton Kutcher (33) and Demi Moore (48) have been married for six years; they did not spend their anniversary together.

So far, Demi Moore has said nothing explicit about the affair or a possible split, but many are attributing a recent tweet to her anger at Kutcher:

"When we are offended at any man's fault, turn to yourself & study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger. -Epictetus"

Of course, celebs tweet deep-and-meaningful quotes all the time, so we're careful not to read too much into this one. Still, the rumor of a Moore-Kutcher divorce has been circulating uncontested for a while now.
