Depeche Mode songwriter Martin Gore has been called in by video-gamer Erik Estavillo to testify in a lawsuit against World of Warcraft developers for leaving the californian WoW addict feeling removed and lonely in the real world. According to Estavillo, the melancholy crooner, Gore, as well as actress Winona Ryder are the authority on feeling sad and lonely.
Estavillo states that Gore should testify to the Santa Clara county superior court because "he himself has been known to be sad, lonely, and alienated, as can be seen in the songs he writes".
Estavillo, who has slapped Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo with similar lawsuits (all unsuccessfully), claims that the developers behind World of Warcraft injected "sneaky and deceitful practices" into the wildly popular MMORPG.

I can see why Depeche Mode... but Winona? Lol that is just pathetic. I also read somewhere that Estavillo represents himself! What a total douche
