Rapper Sean Combs is about to get his swag on. The artist formerly known as Diddy announced that he will be changing name to Swag. The rapper announced on Twitter that for a limited time only, Diddy will be known as "Swag," which is short for swagger.

Diddy also released a short video where he talked about his new name and all his previous names:

""I decided that I’m gonna change my name for a week in honor of my comeback," he said on a video he released. "I’ve gone as Puff, Puffy, Puff Daddy, P. Diddy, Diddy, King Combs – my real name is Sean Combs – and for a week, this week only, you can call me by my new name, Swag.”

We don't want to crap all over the Diddy name change, but if you're going to make us keep track of this sort of thing, at least come up with something interesting.

The late great Ol' Dirty Bastard changed name plenty of times, but at least he came up with some beauties: Dirt Dog, Dirt McGirt, O.D.B., Ason Unique, Osirus, Big Baby Jesus, Joe Bananas, BZA, Ol' Dirty BZA. That's how you do it.
