I havent had a chance to read any of the messages here, and may not for a day or so.... so please apologise. Im wrecked, but free.
Ok - so where shall I start?
8:30am, I get a knock on the door. I answer in my boxers, and find 4 police outside asking me by name. They invite themselves, tell me I am under arrest for assault and proceed to search my flat. I ask them what they are searching for, and they mention video, so I give them all 21 cult watch tapes and my camcorder. They also notice cannabis in my flat..... :(
They were here for an hour or two.... They took all cannabis that they could fine (a lot - mostly trimmings and wastage that I was going to use for cream).... I cooperated with the police 100%, and willingly showed them where everything was.
Stu was arrested at home this morning for assulting Sandra on June 3rd I have been told by his flat mate. As is typical in such situations we have not been able to contact him and the police will not tell us what is happening or when he will get out.
We believe we know how the assult charge arose however we do not wish to give anything away at this stage.
They have seized all of his video equipment and tapes etc.
To my knowledge this is the first example of hard fairgaming since the protests began in Feb, a testiment to just how much of thorn in Cos side Stu was becoming. I would expect Stu would want the protests to go on without him.
Ever since I started this site, a year and a half ago, I’ve been wanting to post about the young British musician Stuart Wyatt, a classically trained electric violinist who plays solo live shows using foot-controlled loop samplers, a technique known as live looping. Wyatt used to have a robust website with plenty of free mp3s, but health problems and financial difficulties forced him to abandon the site in 2004 or 2005, and it eventually disappeared. I was happy a few weeks ago to discover that he now has a new site up with lots and lots of his music.
I have also
been very frustrated at the apathetic nature of the majority of the
cannabis community over the issue of prohibition and contamination.
It takes its toll when I hear first hand from grown men who are in
tears, threatening suicide as the pain is so bad... I get contacted by
siblings and partners of sufferers who are as equally distraught after
watching their loved-ones health decline.
But thankfully, AT LAST, people are starting to come around. Medication
is being offered to those who need it most, and more people are
standing up to take the fight to London. THANK YOU to those who have
recently joined.

dogs kills man story.
he must not only fear prosecution for street drugs but also to be banned from scientology for the rest of his life.
and it is likely he won't even get back the tapes and the recording equipment- because he's a cannabis consumer. they always seizure everything.
OK maybe he did not smoke while scootering on the streets. it is important if he only grows it for himself, or if there is evidence he was planning to sell the harvest.

He sends it to other medical marijuana users, and it's my understanding from his posts and website he's legally allowed to do so. I doubt someone who is a crusader for this sort of thing, and under the spotlight and microscope for his involvement with Scientology, would try and sell dope on the side.

Just to put everyone more in the picture, Cannabis is completely illegal in the UK. Yes, that's right folks, it's even denied to the sick. Scientology know this and have set Stuart up for a hard ride. The charge of assault seems to have fallen by the way side yet the charge of possession and intent to supply will take him as far as the Crown Court.

We informed the Prime Minister of what we were doing at Humedi. They did nothing! The local police know and they are very sympathetic to the cause but their job is to uphold the law.
