A medical examiner has ruled DJ AM's death an accident saying it was a lethal drug cocktail of prescription drugs and cocaine; he also known as Adam Goldstein.

He was found August 28th in his apartment, just one year after surviving a plane crash that killed four other people.

He had several drugs in his system, including cocaine, OxyContin, Hydrocodone, Vicodin, Xanax and Ativan, Klonopin, Benadryl and Levamisole. He had six pills in his pocket and a crack pipe in his room.

He had admitted that he was a drug addict and was scheduled to star in Gone Too Far, a reality TV show about families staging interventions for durg users.

Goldstein was known for his mashups, which blend two or more songs, and he performed at clubs and private parties. He had been working with Travis Barker, a drummer for the pop-punk band Blink-182.
