Well, Gladys is the name that Sir Paul McCartney uses as a nickname when he was recording his last Fireman album.

This tecnique was used since the Beatles times, because they felt more relaxed infront of the microphone, and they felt they could do anything, just by changing their personallity. He said: "It's very exciting, it's like you are playing in place of work".

What's new is that Paul is using a woman's personallity, and he says that it has been more relaxing to interpret been a woman.
