Donald duck... something :P

this was one of the first games i got ^^ dont realy remember much about anything else than i thought it was a great game back then :P (was 6)
This is what i remember about it: you had these here ducklings who were his nephews or something and they had to go through some portals into different worlds to get some stuff... to... save... someone... and fight something........ yea :P
