Drake Says He Never Worked With Olivia on Music Collaboration

Drake is Lashing Out at Olivia For Using His Voice in An Unauthorized Recording

A recording of a song called Control leaked online by artist Olivia claiming to be featuring Drake, however Drake is now speaking up saying that he never collaborated with Olivia on this track and that she used his voice without his permission.

According to Contact Music, Drake did go in to the studio with Olivia to help her with her comeback and give her some guidance, but he did not authorize for her to use any of that music in her new song and said he was surprised to hear his voice on that track as well.

He agrees that he has no issue with artist collaborations and sampling some music that you feel inspired by, but he does not allow unauthorised recordings to be used as features on tracks.

Olivia did apologize for the leak on Twitter and said that the upcoming song has been taken off her new album Show The World, but the damage had already been done at that point.

Olivia appeared in 50 Cent's Candy Shop, but was dropped by the G-Unit label in 2007 and has been mostly unheard of since. However, she has been picked up by Universal Records and is ready to make her comeback.

Not with Drake however.
