The highly anticipated Dreamworks animated film Monsters vs. Aliens hits theaters in North America March 27 with a crazy plot that Sci-fi fans have pondered for years; if famous aliens fought famous monsters who would win?

In the movie the outcome is happy ending approved but in the real world of imaginary creatures would the monsters really triumph? Many monsters and aliens fan sites have started giving odds and hedging bets.
