Oh, TMZ, what has thou wrought? TMZ posted a pic of Drew Barrymore carrying what looks like a sonogram as she left a Los Angeles doctor's office with fiance Will Kopelman.

TMZ is stopping just short of running with "Drew Barrymore is pregnant", noting that, while Barrymore's publicist had no comment, there was no actual denial.

Even if the rumor is true, Drew Barrymore being pregnant is nowhere near as shocking as her desire to direct a Twilight film.

Drew Barrymore, 36, has been in movies and on TV since age three. She has lived her entire life as a celebrity, and got most of the crazy stuff over with fairly early. Would she really carry a sonogram photo out in the open like that?
