Dustin Lance Black, the oscar-winning screenwriter of Milk, has been caught in his own naked photo sex scandal and they are starting to do the rounds on the internet.
The photos appear to have been taken in November 2006 and show Black in bed with another man, performing some sex acts, and if Perez Hilton is to be believed, there is also a sex tape.
The photos were sold to photo agency Starzlife.
Yikes. Dustin Lance Black, the dreamy Oscar-winning screenwriter of Milk, has just been betrayed by someone he knows... yeah, in that sense. Someone has sold sex pics to a photo agency, and now bad old Perez Hilton has found them.
Perez Hilton has a link to the uncensored photos on his blog.
Dustin Lance Black has issued a statement on what happened:
"It is unfortunate that individuals and other outside parties are trying to profit from material which is clearly private. I have had the privilege to speak to people across the country, both gay and straight, on a number of critical issues including safe sex. More important than the embarrassment of this incident is the misleading message these images send. I apologize and cannot emphasize enough the importance of responsible sexual practices."

Okay so how is this a scandal?... Everyone already knows he's gay, I do not believe he was ever "in". The only true way it could be a scandal is if he already has a life partner and he was caught cheating. It's so obvious he's gay, no big deal. I honestly believe people behind trying to make a big deal about this simple have nothing else to go on. What Miley Cyrus not flashing enough flesh for them? We all know Paris Hilton is old news and Britney Spears is making a steady comeback.... That all in mind, reading about this so called scandal simply makes me ask.... WTF?

I think the guy that "leaked" the vids is a scumbag! People like him should be banned from society! Track his ass down and follow him 24/7 and film anythnig and everything he does and post it on the net. Based on what I have read about him he is pretty much a man whore anyway. Just add low life scum bag to his title.
Lance is a nice guy, the 'film' is like 3 years old and would have never been posted if Lance had not won an Academy Award. It would have been lost in oblivion, as the trash that published it.
This proves, once again, "We" [ the royal we ] are our own worst enemy. Why gay people want to be mean and hurtful to one another is beyond my comprehension. I see it all the time, some jealous queen does whatever they can get away with to bring down someone else.
Frankly Lance should hold his head high, stop apologizing for something that happened several years ago, and just move along.
He is not the FIRST celebrity to be involved in a regrettable incident, and positively will not be the last.
Just remember boys and girls, having a camera anywhere near you when you are naked, or having sex is not brilliant! That includes these moronic little boys posting naked pictures on the net looking for sex, that crap will come back to bite you in the ass if you ever succeed in life and/or become a public person.
Just use common sense before allowing pics to be taken! I know a guy that has HUNDREDS of home vids of his boys! and his face in them. NOT brilliant at all!
Once this crap gets on film, much less on the internet, it is there FOREVER, and it is virtually impossible to get something off the net.

The scandal is that there's another poor sould that needs to sell privacy for giving a meaning to his life. The content of the photos are nota a scandal, unless you are a ludicrous fundamentalist or a reactionary monkey. It's just two adults having sex.
